Hi, I'm Jill.
Coach. Facilitator. Hospitality lifer.
Endlessly curious about what makes people tick.
P.S. Those are cat ears in my logo. Curiosity has always been my thing.
I grew up in this industry.
I got my first hospitality job at 16, and I never really left. Over the years I've worked in hotel sales, conference services, meeting management, and association leadership. I've sat on both sides of the table, as the planner and as the partner.
Along the way, I noticed something. The people who make this industry run are brilliant at taking care of others. They're rarely taught how to take care of their own growth. Nobody trains you to lead a team, have the hard conversation, or figure out what's next.
So that's what I do now. I coach and facilitate for hospitality and events professionals, because I've lived their weeks, and I know what's possible when someone finally gets space to think.
I also practice what I preach. I've worked with my own coach for eight years, so I know exactly what it feels like to sit in that chair.
How I Work
Whether it's one-on-one, a coach for your people, or a room full of your sales team, the approach is the same: direct, curious, and built around listening closely and asking better questions.
I don't take the first answer at face value, because it's rarely the real one. I look for the path forward instead of the reasons something can't work, because most "no's" are really "not like this." And I pay attention to the story running in someone's head, since what we tell ourselves shapes how we feel and what we do next.
For you, that means getting unstuck and building a plan you actually believe in.
For your people, it means a confidential coach who helps them grow without an agenda from leadership.
For your team, it means a workshop where they practice real conversations from their own accounts and leave with tools they'll use on the next call.
Every engagement starts with what you bring. The rest is curiosity.
Let's get curious together.
Tell me what's going on with you or your team. We'll figure out the next step from there.
